Abstract: Many organizations today are looking to adopt agile at an enterprise level. This presentation showcases an experience of how agile was made as one of the mainstream process at Wipro. Wipro is a leading IT Services firm which has executed Agile and Lean projects in several domains – telecom, healthcare, finance, insurance, embedded, media etc. The agile journey encompasses several phases – right from creating awareness among teams, developing selection criteria for agile, adopting for distributed environment to metrics tracking, assessment of the practices implemented. The presentation will cover the following: • Typical constraints in a services organization • Provides view on the steps undertaken for agile adoption for a services organization • How agile awareness was created across the organization • What had to change in the organization quality initiatives to make Agile one of the main stream processes • How practices from other methods like 6sigma, Lean, CMMi were brought in to enhance the process. • What support was needed from other groups within the organization – right from tools group to legal contracts
